Chattanooga, Tennessee – Contemporary Healthcare Capital (“CHC”) announced today the closing of a $2.4 million mezzanine loan on a total $8.4 million “uni-tranche” loan to affiliates of Regency Pacific Management, LLC for the refinancing of a 55-bed skilled nursing facility located in Wenatchee, WA.  The senior loan portion of the uni-tranche loan was provided by CoastalStates Bank of Hilton Head, SC. Proceeds of the loan were utilized to refinance the original construction loan provided by past Contemporary Healthcare Capital funds.  The facility construction and subsequent opening occurred in April of 2016.

Chattanooga, Tennessee – Contemporary Healthcare Capital (“CHC”) announced today the closing of a $2.5 million mezzanine loan on a total $10.5 million “uni-tranche” loan to affiliates of Mission Senior Living for the construction of a 78-unit licensed assisted living and memory care facility to be located in Mesquite, Nevada.  The senior loan portion of the uni-tranche loan was provided by CoastalStates Bank of Hilton Head, SC and Sunwest Bank of Irvine, CA. The loan will be utilized for the construction and stabilization of the approximate 60,450 square foot facility and represented approximately 85% of total transaction costs.

Chattanooga, Tennessee – Contemporary Healthcare Capital (“CHC”) announced today the closing of a $975,000 mezzanine loan to affiliates of Benicia Senior Living for the refinancing of an existing 28-unit, 43-bed licensed memory care facility located in Pt. Angeles, Washington. 

CHC’s valued senior lending partner on the transaction was CoastalStates Bank of Hilton Head, South Carolina. The combined loans of $5.5 million were used to refinance the original construction debt provided by CHC on an approximately 16,693 square foot, single-story facility originally converted and renovated in late 2015 and early 2016.

The combined loans were used for the acquisitions of the facility out of receivership and to provide approximately $1.55 million in capital improvements and working capital.

The combined loans of approximately $11.75 million were used for the acquisitions of West Wind Enhance Care, a licensed assisted living facility serving residents afflicted with traumatic brain injuries and Ridgeview Assisted Living Facility, a community serving a younger population of residents with developmental or neurological challenges, both located in Medford.

The combined loans of approximately $5.45 million will be used for a traditional “bridge to Agency” loan associated with Conifer House, an approximately 24,640 square foot, single-story facility originally constructed in 1989 with substantial renovations completed by the borrower in 2015.

The Fifty Plus Racing team debuted on the track in 2012 at Daytona International Speedway for its 50th Anniversary and competed for the last time in 2016 with the world’s best drivers on the demanding 3.56-mile road course.
