"I had the pleasure of working with CHC on our Market Street Memory Care new development project in Palm Coast, FL. This was the first time we had used mezzanine financing in conjunction with our senior construction loan. The team at CHC made the underwriting and due diligence process very organized and efficient. The time from term sheet to commitment was only a few weeks while they completed their due diligence and the final commitment was exactly as presented in the term sheet. I was also very pleased with their approach to documentation as they worked closely with the senior lender to mirror the documents as much as possible which minimized the time and expense to get to closing. CHC also showed great flexibility in structuring a deal that worked for us. While I had a great experience working with Steve McGee on several senior loans in the past few years, I was equally impressed with the responsiveness and competence of the entire CHC team who helped us get to the finish line."
